Very few core functions actually work
The idea is there but the functionality is not. Not very useful or helpful during day to day operations because the key features don't work. For example, trying taking a payment through the app ends in a never ending spin dial. Also, the "full site" button is not an active link. Great for looking up contacts though!!! I know
It is a tough app to build but you are better off going through safari than using the app.

Almost Useless
Couldnt bring myself to give this sorry excuse for an app any rating other than one star... even though it serves as a good address book. That being said, I pay far too much to this franchise to excuse such poor performance in application development.

Can't login to app
My property manager uses application . And showed me the app so I can be in communications with them when away from of.
My login does not work.
No instructions pop up that a need a different login when using the app.

App and tasks are very weak
I shopped around a lot for a software and settled on Buildium. The app has a lot of bugs, doesn't always load well and the task function faults a lot.
The upside is the automated mailers are key for me and it seems like they are trying to improve the product.
If tasks was better i would give 3 stars
