Barely functional

This app barely functions for me. Even when I’m at home connected to the same network as the thermostat it’s a crapshoot as to whether the app and thermostat will communicate. I have completely given up trying to use it from the road and just have to program the trip in under vacation mode on the thermostat each time. The app is the polar opposite of convenient.

Bad sales reps

It’s sad that so many 1 star reviews have nothing to with the actual app but instead people upset they had to give up their Nest 🤦‍♂️ That is the fault of your sales rep, not the app developer. The Nest is a universal stat and doesn’t have the ability to run a variable speed air conditioner or use the dehumidification feature of the Infinity system. I have 4 Infinity systems 3 of which were installed 2 years ago and I have never had a single issue with the app. It essentially is a mirror of the wall control both in appearance and user interface.

Carrier has no clue

Has a company ever released an App that is WORSE than the previous? As much as I disliked the old version the new version is awful. Will never own Carrier again such poor service. You don’t care!! December 10, 2020 the Carrier Infinity app is completely offline. No other app is this unreliable. Will never own Carrier again.

2021 This now WORKS!

This app now WORKS, and its usability design is far superior to the design of the newer app, Carrier Home. Carrier: PLEASE CONTINUE SUPPORTING MYINFINITY. I will use MyInfinity as long as it is available. The only drawback is its limitation to landscape mode. This minor inconvenience is outweighed by its thoughtful color and functionality design and faithful replication of the thermostat display. The new app (Home) appears to have been thrown together haphazardly as a substitute that works in portrait mode.

Horrible

I switched my thermostat to a nest thermostat and the system works perfectly now! Infinity system is great but their thermostat is just plain horrible!! Switch to the nest thermostat and you will love you system again.

As you noticed general app is not perfect low, so please extend new one for all regions
