Needs an update ASAP

This app is totally unloved, unmanaged and it shows. Hasn't had the binary updated in AGES and doesn't correctly support the larger screen sizes of iPhone 6 or 6 plus so the keyboard is scaled and takes up most of the screen. It is basically a wrapped version of the website from what I can tell but loads of the views are cut away and the performance is terrible. I was unable to actually purchase my tickets and had to get my laptop out in the end. Disappointing to say the least.

Could be a lot better

I've used this app for ages now, mostly without issue, but started to encounter a lot of problems recently making it almost impossible to use properly. My number one problem is trying to book a ticket and not being able to see the full seating plan when being asked to choose seats because it's not loaded into the section properly. One time it showed nothing but the screen! The majority of the time however the seating plan is cropped, with a chunk of seats missing. Seats automatically selected by the system are also often not able to be seen because of this fault. Please fix this ASAP. I actually had to go down to my local Cineworld to get seats for Rogue One the other week because neither the website nor the app worked and the process was entirely frustrating. What I'd also love to see would be an easy method of determining the screen number that the film is showing in to be able to choose the biggest ones (sizing stats could accompany screen number info?), or indeed Super Screens. The Super Screens in particular would benefit massively from having an indicator on the time listings to differentiate them from others. I never know what's on my local one. I had to talk to a guy in France to find out last week! Doesn't seem like the easiest way.

Terrible

You can't make bookings for 4DX films. This is what I want to do, but can't. App broken. 1 star. Oddly, there is another app on the store made by Cineworld PLC that has a star rating higher than this one by Can Factory.

Broken

So on this version you are no longer able to add your eticket straight to the passbook directly from the app anymore, which you used to be able to do and it was quite handy. Also when selecting your seats you can't zoom out, I booked two seats thinking they were at the back row.. nope. Now using the mobile site as it's bug free (until they molester that as well)

Sigh

I don't think any booking process could be more painful.
Core Data
Use Core Data to save your application’s permanent data for offline use, to cache temporary data, and to add undo functionality to your app on a single device. Through Core Data’s Data Model editor, you define your data’s types and relationships, and generate respective class definitions. Core Data can then manage object instances at runtime to provide the following features.
Core Location Framework
The Core Location framework lets you determine the current location or heading associated with a device. The framework uses the available hardware to determine the user’s position and heading. You use the classes and protocols in this framework to configure and schedule the delivery of location and heading events. You can also use it to define geographic regions and monitor when the user crosses the boundaries of those regions. In iOS, you can also define a region around a Bluetooth beacon.
Crashlytics
Firebase Crashlytics, a real time crash reporting tool, helps you prioritize and fix your most pervasive crashes based on the impact on real users. Crashlytics also easily integrates into your Android, iOS, macOS, tvOS, and watchOS apps

UIKit
The UIKit framework (UIKit.framework) provides the crucial infrastructure needed to construct and manage iOS apps. This framework provides the window and view architecture needed to manage an app’s user interface, the event handling infrastructure needed to respond to user input, and the app model needed to drive the main run loop and interact with the system.
