Total Fail

Has totally stopped working. Asks for security questions EVERY time, prompts phone number verification and spirals into continual error w device not recognized. In today's day and age, it's ridiculous that CNB can't seem to get an app to work consistently. Have been w CNB for years. Told myself if the app didn't work one more time I was moving to another bank. Well, the time has come to move on... adieu

Bad app

A great company is brought down by an app with bugs and limited functionality. Even basic things like touchID are not implemented.

Useless

The app opens maybe 50% of the time and randomly. The thing is, we've been with this bank for years and we rely on the Iphone app to deposit checks once a week. The closest branch is 10 miles away over a toll bridge, through the city in a downtown location with pay parking. We can use local ATMs at other banks but can't make deposits that way. This really isn't funny or cute! The app used to work fine. And BTW, our difficulty has nothing to do with our wi-fi network.

"Loading". No TouchID. No branch hours.

Soooo slow. "Loading" have to constantly force quit and restart. Works sometimes, others not. If you like answering security questions all the time and getting locked out use this app. Also, needs TouchID like most other financial apps have added. Inexplicably there's no branch hours listed. Only directions. No branch phone numbers either. Their website has branch both hours and phone numbers so why doesn't the app display those instead of forcing the user to leave the app and use a web browser? Why even have a locations tab at that point? If you have cellular data off (accidentally or forgot) for the app in iOS settings you'll get a connection error to try again later rather than an error message suggesting to enable cellular data, like most apps due in the scenario.

Doesn't work any longer

Was working - minimum functionality but at least working. Now, when you starts it takes several minutes Tom open up, ask several security questions. Then asks: enter your phone number to enroll... and comes back with: Attention device ID not found. Then it's stuck there. Nothing you can do other than crash out... TERRIBLE!!!!! Not worth the time to even try....
