311 apps have a justified use. Unfortunately, that's rarely what they are used for. This is gentrification in action. This is a weapon. This is a way for faceless legal criminals who hide in plain sight to hide behind anonymity. It is invariably used by real-estate investors and banks to generate cause to evict tenants and those still paying their mortgage. If you download this app, please use it to be aware of potential abuse and notify your neighbors -before- they get in trouble.

Submissions fail under ios7
Will not submit report with ios7. Will not let you manually input the address, you must have a live GPS signal.
It also does not save the picture in camera roll. If the sbmission fails, you loose the photo

This app is not accessible with voiceover, and therefore cannot be used by visually impaired people. Nothing works, no buttons are announced, and no buttons are active.

Great App for Tempe
This app is intuitive and easy to use. You can take a picture and report a problem in seconds. I reported graffiti and it was cleaned up in a few hours!
