Need a courier in a hurry or whilst you are on the move? Want to get an instant quote and book a CitySprint SameDay courier, or track a delivery in real-time wherever you are? CitySprint MyCourier is the perfect app to enable you to do this all from your iPhone or iPad. To use the app, you can either login using an existing CitySprint online account or create a profile and pay with your credit card. Simple, convenient and practical.

With the CitySprint MyCourier app, you can do the following:

-Get an instant quote for a CitySprint bike, small van and large van services and choose the most appropriate for your same day delivery

-Book a CitySprint SameDay Courier using your existing CitySprint account or a credit card (ie no account)

-Track your SameDay courier’s real-time location on a map (updated every minute)

-Cancel and amend your bookings before they are allocated to a courier

-View the status of all your bookings, made online or via the app

-View the proof of delivery signature and audit trail of your delivery

-Add your favourite addresses

-Set a default collection point

To use with an existing CitySprint corporate account:

You need an online booking account with an email and password set up to use the app. If you have never booked with us online, you can activate your online account via the app and set up your password. You will then receive an email within 24 hours verifying that your online profile has been linked to your corporate account and you can start to use the app.

If you have multiple accounts, you can select the account which you wish to book from within the app.

Buggy & Charged Me Twice

This app should not be available yet as its far from ready. It crashed twice while I entered addresses (the process for doing so is very buggy - it thought a London postcode was in Liverpool!). Then, when I FINALLY got to pay, it told me payment could not be completed. So I hit send a second time and it said INCOMPLETE again. Then I got two messages saying BOOKING CONFIRMED. I then tried calling City Sprint and neither their London or National number would ring. I tried using online chat and got cut off. Finally I was able to pass my phone number to CS via online chat and they called me back and I was able to cancel one of the bookings. So all in all a very useless service. It would have been quicker for me to deliver the item myself. And cheaper too.

Helps for remote access

We use CitySprint for work deliveries but I was on location and had to get a prop delivered, was useful that I could use this without logging into a PC. Only found searching for post codes a bit fiddley. Will use again

I left my medication at home when I went away with my husband and used this to get it delivered it ASAP. Easy, peasy and secure. Hope I don't forget it again:)

Core Location Framework
