Poor

Did not work online at all. Just hung. Had to download app to order. Would not let you signup without getting emails from them as you had to ok emails from them and affiliates along with agreeing to terms. Profile was blank after I signed up. I don’t need a bunch of food apps on my phone so I order through web. This not working is a problem. I may not order in future and you will lose me as a customer.

Worst app for food

When applying discount codes didn’t take the full amount off. And not to mention adding anything from the rewards. Very frustrating app.

False Advertising or Just Unprepared?

I had several emails with discounts and specials. 2/$24, 34.99 family pack, $5 curbside discount, kids eat free takeout. Store would not honor any of the email coupons. Online ordering would not allow discounts either. Person at store said he had received other calls as well. He was very nice but could not honor discounts. I understand that these are very difficult times but it doesn’t help when you do risk it and venture out to help support restaurants and they don’t honor the emails they have sent.

I attempted to order from the website and did not use an app. It was useless. I finally had to download the app to get my order correct.

Not user friendly and slow

It literally took 30 minutes to input my order. First, items were difficult to find but most of the time was due to slow response time of the app.
