The family-owned company was founded in 1950 and is now lead by third-generation brothers Andreas and Matthias Dornbracht. Andreas is responsible for marketing and sales, while Matthias is in charge of production, purchasing and logistics. The company is active right across the globe with approximately 800 employees. During the first 50 years of the companyÍs history, distribution was initially aimed at the German market. However, it became evident that Dornbracht products could also be marketed successfully abroad. As foreign business gained in intensity new distribution offices were established in markets with particular growth potential. Today, 14 branches and numerous commercial agencies form an important main pillar for the company. Dornbracht is one of few companies in the sanitation sector that manufactures 100 percent of its products in Germany. Furthermore, 90 percent of its suppliers come from Germany and over 70 percent from the South Westaphalia region. With its products all ñMade in Germanyî, Dornbracht stands for consistently high quality standards and delivers the highest level of manufacturing quality. In addition, the continuous advances made by its in-house production innovation team represent the most important factor in securing the the long-term viability of Made in Germany.

A tool for architects and interior designers, it is also a boon for everybody else interested in sleek bathroom and kitchen products made in Germany.

An intuitive interface allows the user to target and find individual products and series and, then offers the opportunity to discover the Dornbracht brand in a variety of ways (navigation, categories, etc.), and draw inspiration from the product program.

Aside from explanatory information about the different products in all design series, the App offers a picture gallery with numerous product and ambiance shots, and zoom functionality.

I really like the pictures. I withheld a star because I'd like to see spec sheets and also an option to keep data on the ipad rather than download everytime.

1. Warum sieht das Ding aus wie die Architonic App? 😁 2. Start der App dauert mir gefühlt zu lange! Ich bin ungeduldig. 😒 3. Will ich ein Magazin bei 64kb/s aufrufen dauert das gefühlt endlos und durch fehlendes Multitasking bringe ich die App dann zum Absturz. 😱 4. Ich will die schönen Dornbracht Filme in der App! 📺 5. Ich will In-App kauf von Dichtungsringen für 79 Cent! 😄 6. Ich find die Steinberg App schöner!🛀 7. Die Beschreibung der App im Appstore mit "Was ist Dornbracht" finde ich zu lang. 💤 8.
