Too slow

Load time especially on '4G' is excruciatingly slow. Cannot see nor load promotions and they time out leading to lost benefits.

Overall decent but somethings really annoys me like having to call a number and listen to some bot just to retool for the promotion packs instead of just buying it normally like the initial time.
