Epic Fail
This app is a FAILURE. I have had an iPhone for a few years now and I have never had an app that I couldn't open until now. It keeps crashing. When you call Enercare they just pass you around like a hot potato and place you on power holds. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH APP. Is there such a thing as negative stars?!? This app has earned it!

No CSR needed!!
Simplicity at its best. Nice looking app and was able to book my annual tune up for my furnace in seconds rather than waiting on the phone for a CSR.

Crashes
Opened app, no problems. Registered for app, no problems. Tried to book service appointment, app instantly crashes. Tried 3 times, same result.

Am I on candid camera
This app is such a joke....I wondered if I was on candid camera. Every time you try to sign onto the app, the app automatically closes. Message to potential users....don't bother. Message to Enercare, I would strongly suggest that your developers try to use the app before launching. You have made a good company look very bad.

Fix scheduled maintenance
The app has nice info about my plan but I'm unable to book a scheduled maintenance for rented water heater or owned furnace. Furnace booking crashes at the last step.
