Could be better

A biggest pet peeve of mine regarding this app is not being able to sync in your reservations to your calendar. It seems like if you schedule your appt through the front desk, the app doesn't give you the option to sync it in your calendar.

First Brazilian wax...and Bree was AWWWWWESOME!! My niece had me terrified thinking it was going to be the worst experience EVER, but I really should have known she was OVER EXTRA bc she's such the Drama Queen LOL! Bree took her time and assured me it wouldn't be that bad, and she was right. #VerySatisfiedGuest

Needs tweaking !

Absolutely loved the ease of this app in the past but when I changed my reservation on the app to a later time and showed up they were like oh ur not in the system the apps been doing that a lot lately !

Glossy useless app

I remember the time when this app was actually useful. I don't know what happened but I noticed how I can not do anything with this app on my iPhone 7 plus . The layout many time messed up when I open it . It never shows my appointments. Funny part is I do get notification when I book an appointment online or on phone. But the app itself does not list it. Booking th appointment is so absolutely impossible that you are better off opening the website in your phone browser. I can't see the packages I have bought it how many appointments are left in those packages. I hope the developers take notice and fix this app because the amount these guys charge for theirs services should come with a nice little app to access them.
