Push notifications stopped working

I am editing this review: I called customer service asking about the problem with the push notifications on the updated iphone app. They talked me through step by step on how to fix the issue, and it is now working great. Excellent customer service! Back up to 5 stars! With June 7 update, push notifications stopped working. It all worked great before update. Before update this app rated 5 stars.

Needs improved controls

I was told, multiple times and very clearly, that I could bypass individual sensors via the app by the Frontpoint sales lady prior to me purchasing this system. I asked the question multiple times and was told that yes, in fact, I could bypass the individual sensors via the app. Not true. This feature needs to be added. Not only does it need to be added, it needs to have a long-term bypass option as well. I don't want to have to call frontpoint to do this. The app is far more dependable than the key fob tho, as the key fob has a very short range and does not have any way of confirming that the activation or deactivation actually took place. Both times I tried the key fob from my driveway it failed. Just know that the app takes about a minute to refresh with every action. So if any changes get made to the status of anything, it will take about a minute to reflect that on the app.

Phone no longer receives push notifications. Think that a home security app would make sure those work in testing..

Can't set up video recording from app

Very disappointing to find out that the app does not allow the user to set videos. The app has very limited functionality. The Video cameras are recording only few second clips. Sadly disappointed with Frontpoint!!

Mediocre

Silent arming is never silent. There's also no panic button. So if I'm not standing right next to the base I don't have any real help should I need it. This seems so obvious.

Core Location Framework
