Doesn’t work!

First of all, GAdventures as a tour company are amazing. I’ve been on 3 tours with them and would rate them 5 stars and highly recommended. However this app sucks! It just doesn’t work. I have 2 upcoming trips and when I click on them I just get a loading icon...forever! They advertise all these wonderful things the app is meant to be able to do but I wouldn’t know because I can’t get passed the first screen. And judging by other reviews it’s been a problem for years! This should be an amazing app and very useful and it’s a total disappointment. Don’t advertise an app and even encourage people to download it when it’s not ready and doesn’t function! The team in charge of the app should be let go and G needs to start from scratch and get this right. The fact this has been an issue now for so long must be embarrassing for a company that prides itself on great customer service. Very disappointing!

Useless

My trip doesn’t even appear on it despite, logging in over and over and re installing and having all the right details in. Useless Update: After writing this message, I can now see my tour. However now my tour has been cancelled- the coronavirus- which I understand, but no one from G Adventures has gotten in touch via email, and on their website online it says that the app will update with all information- and it has not- no notification of trip cancellation- on the app I’m ‘still good to go’ and there’s no credit appearing for the cancelled trip.

Pretty useless app

Good thing the people running the trips aren't as bad as this app. This app is pretty useless. It's supposed to be able to replace you having to look up stuff off the website. But if it doesn't contain the most basic information such as joining hotel what use is this? They want to make it all fun and friendly with chat and other features that no one uses. Just go back to a basic app that listed what goes on. Where the trip starts and ends. Stuff changes in between. I've been told by countless ceo I've got selective hearing. That's because I'm vacation. I only need to know what is going on today and maybe tomorrow.

Useless app!

The app worked for our last trip but since then it has deleted us even though we are fully registered for another trip. Can get on website but app is a disaster! When is this company going to invest in a reliable upgrade?

Doesn’t even have the hotels now in the day by day itinerary. Also took away the countdown to your trip.

Pretty much useless app

Pretty much useless app at the moment: - Not possible to update profile pic! Always get an error when trying to save regardless of pic from camera roll. - First tab says Plan Your Next Adventure but what about my fully paid trip that I have already booked? - Today tab is completely blank/empty, so please write something there even if my tour hasn’t started yet. - Confusing chat with hello:s from confusing app users on the same tour as me. I’m logged in, I have a fully paid/confirmed trip and I’m Good To Go according to web site.
