Soy Cliente GNP es una aplicación de GNP Seguros, permite consultar información de tus Pólizas de Auto, Gastos Médicos, Hogar y Vida, reportar un accidente o solicitar asistencia vial ¡con tan solo un botón!

Descarga la aplicación y regístrate con tu número de Póliza o referencia, puedes hacerlo con cualquier Póliza GNP contratada, ya sea individual o colectiva.

Además con tu App Soy Cliente GNP puedes:

- Reportar una emergencia, siniestro o pedir ambulancia desde el botón SOS.
- Solicitar asistencia vial para cambio de llanta, envío de gasolina, paso de corriente, solicitar grúa o el servicio de un cerrajero.
- Dar seguimiento a tu ajustador en línea (Geolocalización).
- Evaluar el servicio del ajustador al finalizar la atención de tu siniestro.
- Seleccionar un contacto de emergencia para informarle que tuviste un percance en un solo clic.
- Consultar y descargar Pólizas individuales y corporativas.
- Ubica nuestra red médica cercana, accede a médicos y hospitales en convenio de acuerdo a tu plan contratado.
- Solicitar un reembolso de tu Seguro de Gastos Médicos Mayores y dar seguimiento al estatus del trámite.
- Dar aviso a GNP de tu ingreso y alta hospitalaria.
- Conoce tus Beneficios Soy Cliente GNP
- Localizar Oficinas de GNP, bomberos, Ministerios Públicos, corralones y gasolineras.
- Personalizar tu perfil y guardar documentos importantes (tarjeta de circulación, licencia de conducir, IFE/INE).

Problemas con la aplicación

Se cierra al navegar dentro de la aplicación en IOS 10 y al actualizar los documentos no se refrescan los cambios.

Mapas de hospitales

No sirve los servicios de hospitales. No me deja ver a qué hospitales pertenezco con mi nivel hospitalario. Tampoco puedo agregar el contacto de emergencia.

Bonita pero no funciona

La aplicación es muy buena en apariencia parece como si todo lo fueras a tener mas fácil y a la mano sin complicaciones el único problema es que no sirve cuando pedí el servicio después de esperar una hora y no llego marque y ni siquiera lo tenían registrado tuve que hacer el tramite normal por teléfono

No pude usar la App por que mi password de la pagina es de 9 digitos y la App solo acepta 8 :(
