Can’t look at policy details as it doesn’t load

The app is actually pretty poor as far as what it offers. The information is basic and most of it doesn’t load properly. Wouldn’t recommend

Impossibly Poor App

This app is horrible and not worth downloading. It doesn’t remember any of your membership details and after you have logged in contains no useful information. Forget the app, the HCF website or contacting them by email, your only option is their call centre.

Frustrating to use

Hubby and I can’t use the HCF app individually on our own phones ( like we have with other funds in the past) only 1 person can register on the App even though we are both on the Policy... really? Trying to find Providers through the app takes you around in circles and even asks you in a drop down box which health Fund you want to look through... when you are on the HCF App... really? Once you find the providers, it gives you the individual provider and not the name of the business they work in ( not until you look further still)... wrong way around. If I have never been to a Dentist, do all those peoples names mean anything to me? No This app needs a lot of work.

If I could give 0 stars...

I would. Basically a web frame disguised as an app. Slow, clunky, buggy and a horrible user experience.

One of the most terrible applications I’ve ever come across.

A perfect example of user unfriendly app. If appropriate changes aren’t made, i am afraid HCF will lose clients due to the quality of this product.
Launch Services
macOS Launch Services is an API that enables a running app to open other apps or their document files, similar to the Finder or the Dock.Launch Services eliminates apps having to query the Finder to open an app, document, or URL for them. The macOS Finder itself uses Launch Services to perform such tasks. Because the Finder performs no additional processing beyond calling Launch Services, any client using Launch Services for these purposes behaves identically to the Finder.
