Good content but horrible app!

Good content and fair cost for the content. However, the iOS app is very buggy and it is almost impossible to stream any content using chromecast. Here are some bugs if any of the developers are even reading this: - when I cast a movie, it buffer for a minute for 1-2 second stream. It’s loading just fine on the phone but casting through chromecast is causing massive delays. No issue with the networks bandwidth (100 mbps). Problem with the app. - the content management in this app is very poorly designed. For example: if I choose “telugu”, it shows me the long list of things that hotstar has! I cannot filter for movies/genre/year, etc. every other streaming app already has this feature. If they are charging me $50, what is the point of I can’t even understand what can I watch?

Hardly any collection of movies. Really got trapped with their advertisements. Wasted money. Lot of money for nothing.

Not get access

I have purchased VIP subscription but till December I can’t watching programs and I have seen counting msg that unknown error showing and my subscription for VIP is also showing. I think they wanted more money because getting msg for upgrade membership and not giving answers properly, they don’t have their customer care no also, even when Mail to support C.C no they ask for screen shorts of msg & problem. My problem has not been solved till time of new subscription. Very bed experience.

Hot star shows ad even if you pay

I am paying for the subscription. And if I am paying for apps like hot star , Netflix or YouTube premium , I do not expect to see boring ads during watching any show. I really hate hot star for showing me unnecessary ads during any interesting show or movie. It is super irritating.
