Login issues

Have just opened an NRE savings account. So downloaded imobile to use iPad & iphone. The app accepts userid and password, but the window pops up saying "dear customer, you need to open a savings account to use the app" please fix the issue.

An app using which we can't even login. In spite of having mobile app activated still asks to activate to login. If anyone ever logged in pls let us know the process

Doesn't allow to login

I have activated the iMobile app on my phone but every time I try to login to the iPad app, it says I have to activate the app on my mobile. What's the use of an app when you cannot even log in.

Useless App

Keeps crashing every few seconds. Most unstable app. Forget the transactions can't even check balances properly. Expected better from a leading Indian bank.

I wish ICICI would have taken care of its customers. Trying to sell 299 rupees provogue watches making people use mobile apps which doesn't even login.
