funzionasse almeno!

iphone 5, mi avrá funzionato dieci volte in tre anni. all'inizio sembrava ok poi non so cosa sia successo. ogni volta che provo ad accedere mi dice "aggiornare i contenuti". al che aggiorno, ma una volta finito lo pseudo-aggiornamento di diversi secondi, mi ripropone la stessa schermata di accesso. rimetto i dati e ricomincia la tiritera... "non é possibile accedere senza aggiornare i contenuti"... ripremo "aggiorna"... e in loop come prima!! ho anche provato a disinstallare e riscaricare l'app ma uguale!

Pessimo l'ultimo aggiornamento

INACCETTABILE! Dopo l'ultimo aggiornamento l'app non consente di generare un codice token. Al posto del pulsante genera token c'è "scopri la nuova funzionalità token"... Altamente irritante, tanto più che essendo giorno festivo nessuno risponde al call center! Non posso attivare la nuova carta di credito né fare nessun'altra operazione, senza token. Sul sito risulta essere tutto regolare.

TouchID

Sarebbe molto più pratico accedere con l'impronta digitale, le maggiori app bancarie hanno questa funzione da tempo. Qui invece ogni volta si perde tempo a digitare codici. Signori di Ing Direct Italia, installate e studiate l'app di Fineco per qualche spunto utile.

Vogliamo migliorare l'app almeno che supporti il Touch ID e che si adatti a IOS 10? Ormai tutte le altre banche si sono aggiornate. Anche le versioni degli altri paesi sono aggiornate....

Sarebbe fantastico se l'interfaccia funzionasse alla stessa risoluzione degli ultimi iPhone. Ancora migliore l'accesso istantaneo con il Touch ID, alla pari di molte altre app di digital banking!
