App is confusing

Finding an active order and chatting with the shopper is way too difficult. Make it as easy as Uber eats. On their app it’s easy.

The worst

Absolutely horrible! Having dietary issues I asked for no substitutions. They brought me the wrong thing saying they only had this. Instructions were clear this or refund, simple. I sent the driver back and didn’t accept the order. The driver, a liar and a thief, took a picture of asphalt (not my porch) and said it was delivered thus charging me! They send you a picture of the driver. The company sent a black woman and a white woman shows up at my door. What is the point of sending me a picture (for my security) if the person they send is not the person in the picture or the one one who shows up? I am so mad it is not funny. This is a one and done experience for me. I will never use this app again. They took my money immediately and now I have to wait up to 10 business days for my refund????

They do not accept passport as IDs

I have used my passport for in all restaurants and grocery stores except for Instacart. Felts somehow discriminated.

Mistakes Every Time

The app runs easy but being specific about what you want isn’t enough. The shoppers have no idea and take short cuts. Every order was wrong and it’s a shame I needed to use them as I was recovering from surgery. One shopper has his daughter on driving permit and drove on my lawn and tore it up. There is no real communication for customer support.

DONT USE THIS APP

Charged my card for a $500 order that was scheduled to be delivered in 3 hours. I checked the app to see if the delivery was on the way and for some reason, without notifying me they deleted my account. Customer service is terrible, people overseas that have to idea how to help. Huge inconvenience, no groceries and a $500 charge still on my card. What a headache!!!!
