Convenient App, but can’t redeem points

I’ve tried linking redemption points for free food several different ways, but always get an error that doesn’t allow me to redeem them. Otherwise the app is easy to use and conveniently links to Apple Pay.

Rewards System Needs Improvement

After so many orders, you receive an undetermined reward. The problem is that this reward may be something you don’t like and you have no choice/say in the matter. Most rewards system are points based and give you the freedom to choose what you want.

Don’t trust the app

There is nothing more frustrating when you get to the window and they do not have your order. Sometimes it’s because it’s sitting on the printer and they haven’t made it. Today it was because their app kept glitching and the order never made it in. They of course didn’t actually look for my order when I gave them the name at the speaker so when i got to the window they did not have it, even tried to give me someone else’s order. So I has to circle back around and wait in a line of 8 cars and order again. Nothing at all is freaky fast about this app.
