Customer service is the best!

Love this service. Great products and the customer service is the best I've ever encountered!

Great app

Makes shopping julep products easy and convenient. It's easy to change up your monthly box and shop the secret store. The only thing I would change is to be able to tag certain products with a heart or a "favorite" button of some kind, so that you can see the products you want to buy next more easily. Great app over all tho!

Nice app

Better if it would let you know if you've already ordered a shade of polish etc

Doesn't have everything on the website

Julep is amazing, but this app is not. The biggest problem I have is that it doesn't have everything the website has. Also, my cart on the app doesn't sync with the website, even when I'm logged in on both. Also, the app isn't optimized for larger screens.

Can't use my credits in the app

It seems pretty useless to have an app where I can't use my Maven points. When I have over $50 in rewards and you have the ability to place an order in your app, it seems only logical to interface with your website to give me access to points, especially if you have access to other aspects of my customer profile (like my credit card number). Also, it seems like not all the products are listed, and there isn't much continuity throughout the app. It's not very easy to navigate. Overall, still needs some work, even after all this time.

Almost There

Update: The older polishes have pictures on the website but not on the app. It's hard to decide to buy a nail polish if there isn't a proper picture. Words can't describe the real thing perfectly after all. There's a few glitches and bugs still with the app crashing but they're making an effort to become more app-savvy. Every nail polish is named after someone inspirational. I wish they would put the story of how that person inspired the nail polish color as a description. I enjoy reading customer reviews before purchasing a product, especially to find out if the nail polish is streaky or runny. I wish we could read the reviews on the app. Otherwise, I customize my box each month with add-ons just fine. The nail polishes are beautiful but there has been the occasional nail polish color that looks more beautiful in the bottle than on my nails.
Launch Services
macOS Launch Services is an API that enables a running app to open other apps or their document files, similar to the Finder or the Dock.Launch Services eliminates apps having to query the Finder to open an app, document, or URL for them. The macOS Finder itself uses Launch Services to perform such tasks. Because the Finder performs no additional processing beyond calling Launch Services, any client using Launch Services for these purposes behaves identically to the Finder.
Core Graphics

You use the classes and protocols in this framework to configure and schedule the delivery of location and heading events. You can also use it to define geographic regions and monitor when the user crosses the boundaries of those regions. In iOS, you can also define a region around a Bluetooth beacon.
UIKit
The UIKit framework (UIKit.framework) provides the crucial infrastructure needed to construct and manage iOS apps. This framework provides the window and view architecture needed to manage an app’s user interface, the event handling infrastructure needed to respond to user input, and the app model needed to drive the main run loop and interact with the system.
