Log in

Just downloaded app but can't login with the EXACT SAME USERNAME AND PASSWORD. Don't know why it won't because I can login no problem on the website. By the way I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and still a no-go.

Needs A LOT of work!

This app is the least user friendly one I have on my phone. For example, when paying your bill, you must enter your name and credit card info EVERY single time. You sign into this app, it knows who you are and stores your account info. However, it still requires this information to be manually entered. Every other app I use to pay bills with is more customer focused/friendly. This leads me to believe Just Energy is not focused on making life easier for their customers. I will be switching when my contract is up.

Nice App

This is nice app to monitor your daily usage, but most annoying thing is that you have to login every time when you sign in it should be compatible with Touch ID. Thanks

Blank Screen

After upgrading to IOS 10.1.1, 3/4 of the screen is black. I can see part of the login screen to the right, but does no good. I tried deleting and reinstalling, to no avail. Was working great for several years, now have to give a 1 star rating.
