Le Tote App review

This review is for Le Tote's app, not its service. Note that the app and website are not the same. You can't create a "closet" on the website, but you can on the app. However I have yet to find the advantage of the closet, as when you're selecting your pieces, it lumps your favorites in with everything else, making the process a bit long and cumbersome. You also can't easily search for something. For example, a skirt I got in my last Tote arrived today. I'd like to see how others wore it, but it's nearly impossible to find on the app without scrolling through hundreds of other items. The Tote content part of the app is good. It's easy to see what you're getting, swap it out if you want, and then review everything and add photos. Shipping updates are always up to date and so far, billing has been accurate and easy.

I love the service the app needs work!

Although the app works fine for me if I want to swap an item it takes a long time of scrolling to find something I like. I wish I could swap from my liked items that would be so much more convenient!!

Only charging you works!

I had such high hopes for this app and service however the ONLY thing it's done correctly is charge me. I've contacted customer service with no reply. Won't load correctly. No confirmation. No delivery date. Just a receipt for my payment. I'll need to now contact my credit card to stop payment asap.

Let Down

I downloaded the app after creating an account via safari. I have never been able to log in successfully. I even changed my password via safari and the app still won't let me log in. Such a disappointment since they've already charged my credit card. I want to use the app for the service and convenience, however that's not possible. I will contact customer service to cancel my account, not sure if I'll be able to get refunded or if I'll just get a shipment without having any input. Such a great concept, but not up to date with technology it seems. ☹️

Never works

I've only used this app for 2 weeks and it hasn't worked correctly since I downloaded it. Called customer service and they knew there were issues, but never contacted customers to let them know. No estimated time on when would be fixed either. I'm paying for a service and services to be providing are delayed because of this. I might have to cancel my subscription.
