Lee Enterprises is a leading provider of local news, information and advertising in primarily midsize markets, with 46 daily newspapers and a joint interest in two others, along with rapidly growing digital products and nearly 300 specialty publications in 21 states.
Lee was founded in 1890 in Iowa, by A.W. Lee. Most of our papers trace their beginnings to the mid-1800s. Among our alumni, teenage Sam Clemens wrote for the Muscatine Journal in Iowa before becoming world-renowned as Mark Twain. A reporter from our newspaper in Bismarck, North Dakota, died with George Custer at the Battle of the Little Big Horn. In 1973, our newspaper in Davenport, Iowa, became the first in the world to be produced totally by computer.

App crashes every time you click to view comments
On iPhone 7 plus this app crashes every time I click the Comments button at the end of an article

One of the worst apps
This is possibly one of the worst apps. I finally deleted it. They leave some of the same articles on for 3 or 4 days. Most of their articles are either national or international. Typical Missoulian...NO QUALITY!!

Not Impressed
You can get more and faster local news from one of the tv station apps. This one should not be advertised as local news, it's pretty much world wide and irrelevant fluff. Thinking about just deleting it.

No more local news??
Lately the apps homepage has been nothing but national news. Nothing local. Hey Missoulian, get a hint, people get your app for local news, not national news, there's many many better sources for national.
