In constant growth, LAH owns and operates a porte folio of more than 50 units. The addresses are divided into four main locations: the Plateau Mont-Royal, the Quartier des spectacles, the Old Montreal and Downtown Montreal. PRODUCTS & SERVICES 100% apartment-hotels, fully furnished, these apartments have 1 to 4 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 8 guests. They are fully equipped, including 5 household appliances (washer, dryer, oven, dishwasher, and fridge), coffee maker, microwave, toaster, cooking items, bedding and linens, iron, hairdryer, biodegradable cleaning products and high-end memory foam mattress. Wifi, Netflix, cable and HDTVs are also provided in each apartment. A welcome kit of biological products including a small soap, mini shampoo, shower gel and coffee are also offered.
