Unable to sign in

Absolutely ridiculous that I cannot even login on the app. It’s saying check that you are connected to the internet and I have WiFi and data. Absolutely a waste of time. Yet it’s still sending ma a one time passcode to login and the page to put in the login password does not appear. Trash

First, now you have to pay when talking to customers service which is ridiculous. I have to pay £15 for my bundle and then put in another £5 just so I can talk to them and lose these £5. Second they kept refusing to give me my pac number and keep hanging up on me which is annoying and shows a lot of unprofessionalism... about the app- it’s not any better, it bugs and crashes down all of the time...
