worst Customer service

I used the app for a year. Then I renew it and I bought some international minutes. Then it stop working and Customer service doesn't give any solution... worst app and even worst customer service

Dropped calls

This app is OK but the service is crap! Drops calls all the time. Tried everything with them no success. My guess is it is intentional they limit your talk time. Guess it's back to Skype.

First Review, Ever of Anything

This app is so bad and I have NEVER submitted an online review BUT I fell so strongly to do so at the moment. I have been a Magicjack customer for almost 5 years. Several years ago I used the Magicjack app but it sucked! Could never hear anyone, the connection was terrible, and it was always a PIA to even answer a call. That was on Android, so I now have and iPhone, downloaded the app and cannot even log in. Renewing your account is a PIA, and getting a decent phone call is even more of a PIA. Granted they are OODLES cheaper than a landline service, ITS BECAUSE YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. Pay little, get little.

NOT WORKING

What once was a good app has been destroyed by an update. Every time I go to call or answer the phone the app crashes. I am currently running 10.3.1. Edit: This app crashes if connected to a Bluetooth device. Please fix it
