Lỗi không login được

App đang lỗi không login được, mới thấy bản trên web vừa được update dùng thử rất ngon. Còn app thì làm quá tệ hại, cho 1* để NH có động lực đập đi làm lại. App giao diện vừa amateur bảo mật kém, chức năng thì cơ bản mà lại không ổn định. Ngoại tệ không đổi qua online được rất bất tiện nên dòng tiền $ đã chuyển sang NH khác. Đợi bản update của app, hi vọng ngon như bản web mới.

Hoạt động không ổn định

Số điện thoại hỗ trợ cũng không chính xác. Mật khẩu không cho nhập ký tự đặc biệt dẫn đến bảo mật kém. Ngân hàng điện tử là hoạt động tối thiểu mà không được quan tâm đúng mức. Tụt hậu so với những ngân hàng khác.

Rất bực mình app ko gửi sms xác nhận ko thể gửi bất cứ giao dịch nào, chọn số tk đã lưu thì ko tự xoá dấu gạch "-" toàn phải xoá bằng tay. Chuyển tiền từ nc ngoài về ko dùng hệ thống tự động mà nhập tay, ko call lên thì tiền của mình lại bị trả lại cho bên gửi rất là mệt. Ko tự quy đổi ngoại tệ mà khách phải ra thủ tục quá nhiều. Chuyển bank khác cho lành
