Scan

I mostly use store apps to scan products to find them online or area stores. This app is the worst and over 50% of the products scan say, not found. It is very annoying!

I wanted to let you know that I would love to see Alicia recognized for her excellent work ethic. She literally goes out of her to help and multi tasking sometimes isn’t easy to do. Being a 3 time cancer survivor I have a lot of time on my hands, I started making jewelry months ago. Visit Michaels at least twice a week. My last visit was 2/28/21 at 13:20. Store # 5072 All of the staff are great but I kind of feel like she helps me like a friend. I have just started to try resin.And again I’m driving her crazy with questions. I love the sales. And so many choices of beads etc. Thank you so much for being my favorite store. The friendliest place to shop. All 3 craft stores I’ve been too ,Michaels is top.

Icon is Incorrect

On my phone the icon is an M in a red square but on my iPad it is just white with some grey lines through it like a target. Other than that I like the app and find it convenient.

App only occasionally works

Seems like for a couple of months now the app doesn’t work. I can’t look at things when I tap on them. It doesn’t need an update and I’ve tried reinstalling, so I’m not sure what the problem is. It used to work well in the past.
