Not amazing, but not bad either
Overall, it does what it says. There is a serious need to add a few basic options such as keeping a history of tests results to compare and contrast, allowing a quicker test(a minimum of 2min can be time consuming) and in addition to the option to use a web page to test speed - I'd like to see some of your servers(with their geographical location) being offered as an option.

Functions well--Missing features.
In the app there's a link to a FAQ on the app which just leads to a homepage on HP's website advertising how they acquired the company behind the app.
If you select "tell me more" it does the same thing leaving you on your own to Interpret results.
That being said, the results appear to be accurate when compared against SpeedTest. Useful for phones, just missing essential information. Seems almost unfinished or like an abandoned project so use with caution.

Launch Services

Core Graphics

Core Location Framework
The Core Location framework lets you determine the current location or heading associated with a device. The framework uses the available hardware to determine the user’s position and heading. You can also use it to define geographic regions and monitor when the user crosses the boundaries of those regions. In iOS, you can also define a region around a Bluetooth beacon.
Foundation Framework
The Foundation framework provides a base layer of functionality for apps and frameworks, including data storage and persistence, text processing, date and time calculations, sorting and filtering, and networking.
