Useless

There is very little info available on the app. You can't view the estimate lines or parts. Also, the photo portion stretches photos and inverts it. Needs work to make the app useful.

Manager

App looks nice. Doesn't work for locations at all. Tech support has no idea about iOS app and isn't sure when the fix will be out. Very disappointed. 4 star once it's locations work. 5 star once tech support knows about their products they have.

Doesn't work

We have been told for 6 months now that an update is coming anytime to fix all the bugs and yet still no update. The search function still didn't work. If you put notes in the app it doesn't transfer to the file on the desk top and if you move a vehicle through production on the app it also doesn't transfer to the desk top. Pretty useless at this point.

Needs a total revamp!

It's dark not inviting at all. Need a total revamp! Why not give us all and if not all the features as the desktop version? Why not even have it look similar to the desktop version? Desperately need to be able to check in a vehicle with this app. As a leader in the auto business I'm very disappointed in this app.

Buggy at best

The concept is great, but the execution is poor. The Search feature by R.O. Worked once upon a time, but now it is non-functional because it doesn't bring up the keyboard. Also, you should be able to update the vehicle location from the app.
