Really Motivating!!!

Meditation is like working out at the gym. One session won't do much. Occasional sessions are better but regular sessions make a BIG difference. I have been meditating on and off for several years. I find this app is great for beginners, by addressing what a meditation can be and how to handle your feelings and thoughts when the meditation doesn't seem to be going well. It is all apart of the process or practice of meditation. It is also great for the more experienced and goal oriented people. Seeing the data shows you visually what is happening. I'm feeling more capable and clear headed.

ADD - mitigation and skill building

Looked into a few treatment options and decided on all three... the Muse headband is helping me learn how to switch tasks more easily by helping me recognize distractions, difficult situations, and such. It also teaches me to be mindful of them to better understand them. Lastly it helps me to recognize that being able to calm your mind takes practice. Reaching a comfortable physical space, removing distractions, and providing experience on what a “calm” brain feels like has helped me to take control of my stress and relaxation techniques and habits.

Best meditation I've ever experienced!

I've never had the deep, satisfying moments of calm like the ones I experience with my Muse. I love this devise and the insight it provides. I was initially distracted by the sounds, but I'm learning to allow their guidance without feeling distracted by them. I've learned so much about my mind, and controlling my thoughts since starting my Muse practice. I would wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone - especially anyone who has had difficulty meditating in the past. This device and app WILL get you there.
