Northshore School District
Northshore School District serves over 22,000 students and encompasses 60 square miles within the Seattle-Everett metropolitan area including the cities of Bothell, Woodinville, and Kenmore. Enrollment in the district is continuing to grow and a brand new, fourth high school opened in the fall of 2017! We are committed to the mission of Strengthening Our Community Through Excellence in Education. To support this mission, the School Board has adopted the following goals: - Student Achievement and Success at Grades Pre-Kindergarten _ 12 and Beyond - High Standards of Performance - Fiscal Stability to Support Student Learning - Effective Communications and Community Involvement The district has been recognized both state-wide and nationally for this commitment to academic excellence. Northshore has received 3 US Department of Education Blue Ribbon Awards for academic achievement. In 2014 Northshore was awarded 8 Washington Achievement Awards and 2 School of Distinction Awards.
