They cancel orders

Last minute without giving any option to amend or reschedule. Really inconvenient if you're relying on the delivery.

Excellent app

This is a brilliantly designed app, one of the best and easiest to use. But here's a couple of suggestions for improvement: - add one-click removal so it is possible to remove an item from the order without having to go through a full checkout process. - make sure that any messages sent by text (e.g. What is missing or replaced in an order) is also available in the app.

Very good

Very good. Ocado does everything right. Excellent app, works offline too. Drivers very friendly and helpful and costumer service online fast in response and correct. This app is fast, easy to use but one thing bugs me! When you order and something is out of stock for the time you order, and you choose a replacement product it doesn't take the out of stock product out of your trolley! Sometimes when you do a big shop it's tricky to find back what was out of stock. Maybe an idea for the future?

Recent updates are very slow

Previously had no problems with this app but it's pretty much unusable now due to everything slowing to a crawl.

Great App and Even Better Staff

The app is brilliant, works well and has some fantastic features. The best part is the delivery guys, we have a different one each time and they are so polite and friendly. Very impressed!
