Poor Inventory Updates

The app has a lot of bugs when it comes to toggling the selection buttons. The inventory is not updated frequently enough to let you know it’s sold out half of the time (in my experience).

Make the interface faster , smoother , user friendly , more accessible and all around easier to use. I’m always so ready to give you all my money and then have trouble just getting to add and outfit to my cart and get checked out that i give up and go somewhere else. It’s slow and glitchy like it hasn’t been changed since 2015. it’s 2021 and in the midst of a pandemic , everybody is on the wave of ordering stuff online, now is the time to invest time and money on your app and websites.

Frustrated

While going through the checkout process I was told to select the shipping method and when I tapped on shipping method it said “store info not available“ this happened several times and after swiping out of the app completely three times, it took me about 20 minutes for it to finally work BUT by then FIVE of the items in my cart were no longer available... due to app errors! Just now while weiting my review the app just crashed and I had to type all of this again, it clearly shows how frustrated I am! :-(
