Lacks basic functionality.

Please add Face ID option when logging in or at least the option to remember username and/or password. When trying to scan barcode at the entrance the app will often have logged you out and it is a pain to have to log in again. The app is glitchy and has weird errors but when it works it is very helpful.

ZERO STARS

This app is horrible. Doesn’t work properly at all. It has the potential to be an amazing convenience for flyers, but nothing works on it. The website isn’t much either. You have to call to get picked up, which is fine. But if they’re going to have an app it needs to work!

Seems that this app was replaced by the “parkdia” app. The “parkdia” app is equally bad. Made a reservation from the app. Closed the app and it auto logged me out, and now wont let me log back in as other reviewers have the same problem.

Great in theory

Great app in theory. Got logged in, my info appeared which is great. Wanted to make a reservation, but unable to put in the dates, the first step, as the month, day and time wheels were blank. Could hear the “clicks” as if the wheels where spinning but to no avail. Uninstalled and reinstalled the app did not fix.
