Note that the results are only presented as guidance and are not intended to serve as a specific diagnosis of your condition. The results can never replace a doctor's examination. If you feel concerned about your results, we recommend that you consult your doctor.
Note that the calculations performed by Smart4Heart are based on studies of patients not previously diagnosed with cardiovascular disease. Smart4Heart shall therefore not be used by individuals who have already suffered a cardiovascular event.
The calculations in the risk calculator are based on either the Framingham or the SCORE model. You choose which model you wish to use.
