Behind the name ÇEtablissement public Salle de Concerts Grande-Duchesse JosŽphine-CharlotteÈ are two entities with two different histories: the Orchestre Philharmonique du Luxembourg founded in 1933 and the Philharmonie Luxembourg, a concert venue opened in 2005. In January 2012 the two institutions merged both artistically and administratively. The Philharmonie has succeeded, in a very short space of time, in establishing itself as a much-loved venue for music-making and listening Ð both in Luxembourg and internationally. This success owes much to its exceptional architecture by Christian de Portzamparc and its impressive acoustics by Albert Xu. Wide-ranging musical diversity and an uncompromising attitude to artistic quality are the guidelines for programming at the Philharmonie which hosts some 400 concerts and events every year in various genres, such as classical music, jazz, world music, contemporary music and children's concerts. The acoustics of its residence, its long-standing relationships with other prestigious halls and festivals as well as its close collaboration with first-rate musical personalities have contributed to making the Orchestre Philharmonique du Luxembourg an orchestra renowned for the elegance of its sonority. Its standing has been confirmed by an impressive list of prizes awarded for some twenty CDs, including a Grammy Award with AngŽlique Kidjo and Gast Waltzing.

Powered by POST Luxembourg, the Phil27 concert tickets and app enable the next generation to easily explore music through live concerts. Thanks to POST, concertgoers up to the age of 27 (or aged 27 and younger) can easily benefit from a favourable rate of only 10 € per ticket.

Available seats can be easily booked by using the app on the day of the concert from 10 am until 1 hour before the concert or directly at the box office from 1 hour prior to the concert.

• Buy tickets wherever you are and keep them handy on your mobile device to make check-in nice and easy: the app is the most straightforward way to book the 10 € special price tickets on the day of the concert.

• Wish list: keep tabs on all your favorite up-coming concerts and never miss an event or the start of the sales. To add an event to your list of favourites, just press the heart button.

Our tip: Activate the push notifications to always be kept up to date about when tickets go on sale.

Terms of use:
E-tickets are only available via the app from 10 am on the day of the concert until 1 hour before the concert**. On the wished date, click on the ticket button and simply and easily complete your ticket purchase on the day of the event (1 ticket per person). The button is only activated during the sales period.
For people up to 27 years only (or aged 27 and younger): please provide a valid ID with your ticket at the entrance of the concert hall.
