Very informational - one feature request...

This is a great app. It is nice to have insight into what out little ones do on a day to day at primrose! One feature that parents with outside caregivers (nannies) would appreciate greatly would be the ability to see when their kids are dropped off and picked up within the app, a time stamp perhaps when the caregiver enters their pin to gain access to the school. Possibly even an alert sent to the app? If this were implemented I would rate this app 5 stars.

Disappointing + broken notifications

After being totally broken for ages, this app recently starting working. I'd hoped to use it to get notifications when my school posted a new parent letter or weekly menu. The push notifications didn't work for the longest time and now that they do, the badge icon that appears on the app (the number in the red circle) never goes away no matter what you do! I emailed to report the issue several days ago, but never received even a simple acknowledgement of my bug report. This is not professional calibre work. Disappointing! UPDATE: Even after the recent "bug fixes" update, I'm still experiencing the permanent red badge bug. Very annoying.

Unexpected Error

I just re-downloaded the app this week and the first day I was able to access my school's information, but now I am again getting the message that an unexpected error occurred. I really don't like that for months I haven't been getting the information. I'd rather go back to the email version. When the app is working, I don't like that to read the entire newsletter, I have to click back and forth on 15 different sections. It was much easier to read it when it was on 1 PDF file.
