Aplikace je zabezpečena unikátním certifikačním prostředkem Smartphone electronic key, který zajistí naprosto bezpečný a navíc pohodlný přístup do aplikace a práci v ní. Přihlásit se do aplikace můžete buď pomocí Touch ID / Face ID, transakce pak potvrzujete jednoduše 4-místným S-PINem.
Certifikační prostředek vytvoříte v průběhu aktivace Mobilního eKonta v internetovém bankovnictví.

Díky Mobilnímu eKontu vidíte všechny své produkty přehledně na jednom místě.

Když jste to před lety konečně spustili, říkal jsem pecka. Teď už to ale opravdu chce update! Touch id není, vzhled na telefonech novějších fakt špatný, potvrzování plateb místo sms v aplikaci není ...

Štrašná kvalita a zabugovanost appky :-/

Fakt nechápu, že tuhle hrůzu má někdo odvahu provozovat už tak dlouho bez oprav! Na iPhonu 6 rozpadlý layout UI. Neustálé chybové hlášky o přerušeném spojení (bez ohledu na to, jestli jsem na wifi nebo na mobilní sítí a bez ohledu na to kde). Často každý požadavek musím dělat 2x. Poslední měsíce se aplikace začala deaktivovat, naposledy funkční vydržela 9 dní. Nutná aktivace přes počítač. Fakt skvělý, když to zjistíte v Itálii ve vesničce u bankomatu a nemáte si díky tomu jak odemknout debetní kartu! Nepodpora TouchID? Vítejte v reálném světě!!! To že je appka hnusná a zastaralá je to nejmenší. Jinak je to strašný průser. Jsem u vás už od Expandia banky a eBanky, ale dávám vám půl roku se probrat a dohnat konkurenci a pak odcházím k normálně fungující bance. Proboha!! Expandia a eBanka před 20 lety udávala technologické trendy. A vy jste se po její koupi nedokázali pohnout ani o píď vpřed??
