I try to use this app through my employer’s website-it does absolutely nothing to make you want to stay motivated and there is absolutely no way to make a correction. It feels like it was designed as a 4th grade project and the final grade was a “C”.

The Activities page check-in buttons are too short to easily/accurately hit, and hitting them incorrectly causes the app to expand the activity to full-screen detail, which 100% isn’t what I want to do.l, ever. When you do tap the button, it frequently (but not always) appears to react to the tap, but that doesn’t always mean that the app really registers your tap, and the app can spin/think for many seconds before it shows that it has registered the tap, if at all. To frustrate you further, the displayed activities randomly switch places, which often causes you to miss the check-in button and send you to the detail page that is punishment for tapping even slightly past the narrow borders of the check-in button. And just when you thought it couldn’t get worse, the app attempts to slow your check-ins down more by littering the screen with confetti that makes the buttons not react if you inadvertently tap onto a piece of flying confetti. The three activities at the top scroll horizontally and snap back after you scroll if the app thinks you have scrolled too soon. It’s like herding cats sometimes to check in to your activities. Reporting any of this in the app sometimes gets a polite email letting you know that the issue has been reported. After that, no direct response of any kind is ever sent, and no issue is ever really fixed. I have reported the above issues several times over the course of more than a year and a half, but never received any follow-up communication and haven’t seen a single issue addressed properly. Once, they issued an update accompanied by the claim of having fixed the check-in button to respond and register on the first tap, but it actually only registered the taps about 50% of the times that I tapped the check-in button. Please fix this app!! It’s terribly frustrating.

To check in for a reward workout one has to open the app and log in every time. To do that it takes you to a browser. Dumb. Then the reward is hard to find. When found and chosen it sends you to the browser again and you have to login again including an 2FA code. Then you have to find and tell the browser what rewards again and guess what. It takes two times to get that to register every time. This is by far the worst app and user experience I’ve ever come across.

When accessing employer rewards it kicks you out and you have to sign into a different online account. They do not always link. It’s bothersome.

Was invited to download the app, but it doesn’t seem to work...won’t load, tech issues, endless buffering. Help
