Love the app

I love having prescription information on my phone. Refills are seamless!! Great time saver and helps organize medications.

Registration fail

I tried to register to see my medical record, was supposed to receive an email with an authorization code and I haven't...it's been days! No option to resend the code. So completely useless. Shoppers app is much better sorry guys!

Useless app

This app is useless.... cannot order Rx refills. Any Rx refills requested never get forwarded to pharmacist. Contacted Customer Service to advise of this bug/fault and they advised any Rx refills should be done by contacting the pharmacist... if done through app, we must call pharmacist to confirm... Basically redo order with pharmacist. Useless app when used for Rx refills.

Very convenient, but could use Touch ID and others

Very convenient to use. Definitely recommend if you are using Rexall for your pharmacy. But, I see so much more potential with this app that isn't being tapped yet. For example: 1) Touch ID to secure the prescriptions and refills area within the app. 2) Reminders such as push notifications (instead of just email or SMS from Rexall itself) for reminders of upcoming prescription expiry dates, refills waiting in store, etc. 3) The app design is a little outdated and could be a bit more user friendly for sure. Seems to be too many taps to get around. 4) Ability to search for prescriptions by name instead of scrolling through a long list (for those of us with many medications on file). And more. But overall, good app and quite convenient.

Core Location Framework
