Waste of Time

Earned a reward and went to redeem, but the reward timed out even though there was 30 minutes left to use it. I memorized the code, but the employee said the code doesn't mean anything and that they'd have to see it. I wouldn't have put up such a fuss if I was lying. What a waste.

Don't waste your time

I love Rita's but this app is awful. The whole point of getting the app is to earn rewards with the "punch card", but it doesn't work. Every time I go to scan (I've tried the past 3 visits) an error message comes up saying I need to turn on location settings which are already on. I also know someone who earned a free ice and when they updated the app the reward disappeared 🤔 Until they fix this app, it's a waste of time.
