RIU Hotels & Resorts was founded in Mallorca, Spain, in 1953 as a small summer business for the
Riu family, and is currently owned and run by the third generation of the family. The companyÍs
business is focused on the holiday hotel sector and nearly 70% of its establishments offer the
renowned ïAll Inclusive by RIUÍ service.
With the opening of its first city hotel in 2010, RIU extended its range of products with its own

App does not finish the booking
I tried many time to booking but always the app showed the “ that I did not have internet connection, but I had .
I tried from another mobile and nothing changes.
The prices on the app is cheapest than website, that was the reason for booking through the app.
So disappointed 😞

No tuve problema con realizar las reservaciones.
Según acepta AMEX y al ingresarla nunca pude realizar el
Pago.
Utilice otra tarjeta visa y sin problema se realizó el cargo, al día siguiente realizaron un cargo por PayPal (estoy casi segura que se robaron mi información de TDC desde esta app) 🙁 LEEEEES ENCARGOOOOOO que proteja un poco más nuestra información bancaria. .
Pero mi reserva si se realizo sin problema.

What’s the point of this app
Nothing works properly in the App. Entertainment is empty , can’t log into my class account , it glitches when looking through the map and crashes. The me he’s for restaurants aren’t in the app. The perks you’re supposed to receive aren’t included in the app. For a good hotel I’m surprised the app is so bad.
