Only one month of transactions?

This app only shows me the current month's transactions. There's nowhere to change this in settings. In fact, there's no "settings" options. Thank goodness I only pay my mortgage out of this account and use another bank for the rest of my needs!

It's super slow

The app is not convenient. It's very slow and it crashes often. Every time I put in my password it says an error occurred so I have to try again. Every single time! I always have to input my password twice! And then it asks me for my security question. It's a waste of time. They need a serious update. asap.

What happened?

Used to work just fine for me. With everything and loved they added more POP money features and bill pay features right onto the app, I used to have to login from a computer to use that. However, I don't know what happened but maybe 2 months ago it just stopped working well. Works less than half the time. And it's not my phone, I've heard the same thing as my co-workers and family use SDCCU. Fix it!

Worst mobile banking app ever

90% of the time this app doesn't work! It's so frustrating not being able to log into your account when necessary! This app needs a major overhaul to get things up to speed. Please listen to the members on this one, this app is majorly out of date!

It's worthless now and I plan to change banks.

The most recent update to this app is completely worthless. IF it's going to work at all, it takes FOREVER to authenticate and give you access. Within the app, you'll routinely see blank displays and you'l need to switch back and forth so the data refreshes and shows up. And at least 1/3 of the time I can't even log in at all. Garbage. This on top of a noticeable decline in customer service and an increased amount of direct marketing of new credit products tell me this is a failing bank or has been taken over by thieves.

Turrrrrrrible

Works about 20% of the time. The rest of the time I can't get past the login..
