Loved this bank; farewell BBVA you can’t buy me

I have been here since the beginning. I waited for an invite. I hated that cardboard wallet 😄🤷‍♂️ I’m moving myself to Zeta. I don’t need an account with BBVA, even if they had a good normal bank account they have made me really upset by cutting all the features that made me want to stay with simple. So I will wait a little while to make sure I have all my bills moved and then close the BBVA account. They bought simple to get customers… to tell them how much this is wrong we need to make them lose customers so that the C level execs understand what we want. Close your account with BBVA.

Used to be good

Simple used to be phenomenal but they switched banks and now there’s a bunch of stupid fees and rules if you’re not careful. For example: being auto enrolled in paper statements with a monthly charge. You’ll have to opt out of paper statements. Ironic since before this I never had a paper statement and the whole point of simple was to be an online and paperless bank.

Simple! No!!!!

I’ve been using Simple since it FIRST came out. I’ve watched the card design change, ordered checks, and made this my primary, and now ONLY bank! I’m so sad they are transitioning over to BBVA. I know they are owned by them, but I’ve just always loved Simple! Weren’t around for a long time, but definitely for a good time. I will miss you, Simple! Thank you for keeping my money safe and in order! I appreciate you so much!

Trying to understand…

Totally disappointed, why I had to have Simple for sometime I actually love the app. When I didn’t like it the fact that I need to replace my card I haven’t really received the new car yet I don’t know what it is I understand you’re going through a transition now that’s fine but I still yet to receive my new debit card why is it

Launch Services
