I’ve experience 3 to 4 different systems, and this is the best one I’ve ever used. Simple set up and the communication aspect is awesome

The app signs me out of my account at least once a week. Extremely annoying when I select the app to set the alarm or look at the camera, but I’m greeted by a log in page. And the app is extremely slow. I will get notification of someone at my door, and when I go into the app to watch the live video, it takes a solid 2 minutes before the video buffers so I can see who’s there. By the time it buffers the person is already gone so the doorbell kind of feels like a waste of money. We’re happy with the service most of the time, but the app really could be better

• Please add a scrub bar to easily scrub through a video event, instead of the forward and backward 10 seconds option. • Please add support for dark mode. • Please fix the stability / memory management of the app. Leaving the app and retuning just moments later causes the app to completely reload and lose your position in a video / on the timeline. This is frustrating. • Please add Apple Pay support for the recurring subscription charge.

App update forgets login. Consider hiring a competent coder or two. Unbelievable.

I recently replaced my wired system I have had trouble with for years and thank goodness I did.. the installation couldn't have been easier just as advertised , I added water censors to my pkg and that was probably the best decision i made in awhile, 3 days after install SimpliSafe called as i was driving to work notifying me that a water censor I placed in my hot-water tanks drip pan was triggered. I thought it had to be an error but went back home to check it out, the tank was leaking, had it not been for simplisafe and that little 19 dollar censor, i would have had major water damage, the tank is upstairs out of sight/ out of mind. My system has already paid for itself 5 times over. Im in this for the long haul now. Thank you SimpliSafe!!!

This only pertains to Eero device users that are having trouble with their SimpliSafe devices and/ or accessories. I took the liberty in conducting an experiment to test out the services between standard modem/ router interfaces and eero devices and the connectivity concerns with network trafficking. So needless to say I was flooded with unnecessary packets, Bot Net Attacks, Phishing and deceptions. It was causing constant live feed issues with my cameras, especially when attempting to view or even having it consistently on without any interruptions. This was a major concern, how can i trust a system if its non-functional, right? Well I poked around and realized with all these commands being thrown deliberately I tried using parental controls on the interface and Presto! Completely flushed out the majority of the issues with Phishing, any standard & unique attacks including unwanted packets that was causing the interference. Make sure you create a profile for your devices and on each device you can manually select which functions you would like to block, in my case I selected all to be sure, there is a section where it states microphone but don’t worry it won’t interfere with the microphone settings on the camera nor on the application, it will still be operational and functional. The other functions will allow to block, redirect or flush out those unwanted packets in order for you to have a consistent flow of traffic on your cameras. Hope this helps with any technical difficulties you may have on your devices using Eero hubs and or extenders. If all else fails change your password reset every device and recheck your security settings on all your devices.
