iOS10.0で繋がらない件

他の方同様iOSを10にした辺りから接続出来なくなりました。(正確に言うと接続後、データ受信開始で切断されます)。既に問題発生から1ヶ月、本現象に対するアナウンスも無し、真摯に対処する気があるのか？疑いはじめました。

滅多にレビューを書きませんが

iPhone7plusにて全く機能しません。 galaxyに取り替えたところ普通に使えました。 SmartBand 2 SWR12Jの返品、返金など求めませんが、商品選定、接続設定などでかなりの時間と金を費やしました。 同じ思いをする人が一人でもいなくなるよう、iPhone7plusなどで非対応な旨、ホームページなどでお知らせいただけませんでしょうか。 大変お手数おかけしますが、何卒よろしくお願いいたします。

iPhone7とペアリングできていたのに、iOSアップデートしたら繋がらなくなってしまいました…。 iOS側のバグだとは思いますが… 睡眠のログをとりたくてiPhone7購入を機に購入したのに納得いかない…
