Inconsistent

The application is a little inconsistent! A couple of days ago the app was telling me that the truck was in motion for about 4+ hours when it was actually parked in the school garage on campus!! Someone please explain, because I could have called the police and report the truck stolen, that would have been super embarrassing for my son!

Super basic service and app, better available

The app and service are super basic. You get only location, battery voltage and a very basic “trips” tab with very basic info and it doesn’t include a map of the trip. The geofence function is practically unusable as the geofence size is huge, miles wide, and square only, crazy, you can drive several streets over and it will trigger it. There is no way to change the account password from within the app, only way is from the login screen, forgot password, something so important, no one thought about that one? There is no website for access or account maintenance. No app integrations, no way to download reports for business trips miles reimbursements. Dealer charged $699 for 7 years of this “service”, there are better apps/hardware that do a much better job and have more useful information for the same price. Zubie, Automatic, anything... I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
