Too lazy to develop an app?

Just got a push alert this morning that the app will no longer be supported. Funny, because apps are where everyone goes nowadays. I look at the deals in the app and get push notifications on new deals. Guess I won't be buying anything from you guys anymore now.

No confirmation email of purchase

Just purchased a product off of the app and did not receive a confirmation email from the vendor of the product I purchased. Making the purchase through the app was difficult and near impossible.

Missing needed features

I like StackSocial; I've been using them for years, and 90% of the time it's to get software. But this app doesn't include the freebie software deals! Obviously I can't *download* them to my device, but I should be able to "buy" them with it.

Predatory mailing list.

They started spamming my email before I even tried the app. I never signed up for the list. I unsubscribed from the list. I STILL get spam from their list. Funny how easy it is to get on a “legit” list you don’t want to get on and associated with, but how long it takes to get OFF the same list when you request it. I will be deleting the app ASAP. I recommend disassociating yourself from this app and company too, before you get stuck on their daily spam list.
